At.mosphere’s Lounge is already popular destination for diners looking for a memorable experience, the eatery enjoys some of the finest views of any table in the world. The latest menu is a fusion of countries and philosophies adding further to one of the most exciting culinary adventures in the region. Traditional street dishes have been given a European twist – lobster buns with apple and fennel sauce, home smoked f1 short rib tacos, truffle mac’n’cheese croquettes, Korean chicken bao and smoked mash potato. The stand-out dish from the street food inspired menu is the gold dusted, multi-layered, billionaire burger with 11+ Japanese wagyu patty, foie gras, wild mushroom and sliced truffle- the ultimate decadent treat!
On trend small platters offer a wide variety of flavour combinations, from organic venison tartar with chocolate sauce and parsnip chips to Brittany oyster, California roll with sushi rice and sturia caviar, Hamachi ceviche, foie gras terrine and tomato tartar with avocado ice-cream, to name only a few.
