At.mosphere, the unique dining experience that awaits on the 122nd floor of the iconic Burj Khalifa has launched a new Lounge menu. Mixing seasonal produce with the finest culinary trends, the Lounge blurs the line between casual and upscale, featuring small platters of European haute cuisine, street food with a twist, its famous multi-cuisine platters and a spectacular array of delicate desserts.

At.mosphere’s Lounge is already popular destination for diners looking for a memorable experience, the eatery enjoys some of the finest views of any table in the world. The latest menu is a fusion of countries and philosophies adding further to one of the most exciting culinary adventures in the region. Traditional street dishes have been given a European twist – lobster buns with apple and fennel sauce, home smoked f1 short rib tacos, truffle mac’n’cheese croquettes, Korean chicken bao and smoked mash potato. The stand-out dish from the street food inspired menu is the gold dusted, multi-layered, billionaire burger with 11+ Japanese wagyu patty, foie gras, wild mushroom and sliced truffle- the ultimate decadent treat!


On trend small platters offer a wide variety of flavour combinations, from organic venison tartar with chocolate sauce and parsnip chips to Brittany oyster, California roll with sushi rice and sturia caviar, Hamachi ceviche, foie gras terrine and tomato tartar with avocado ice-cream, to name only a few. At.mosphere also has a treat in store for seafood lovers, with an indulgent platter that includes king crab legs, poached prawns, scallop ceviche, oysters, balik salmon and poached lobster tail, served with fennel citrus salad, horseradish cocktail sauce, yuzu dressing and shallot vinegar.
