The multi-award winning concept, with other venues in London and Miami, brings a multi-dimensional experience to Dubai, capturing the imagination of locals and tourists alike. Located in the Four Seasons Resort, Jumeirah Beach Rd, the menu incorporates elements of Peruvian cuisine transporting exited diners to the heart of Latin America.
The main dining room features a ceviche counter and overlooks the Brassa Grill, where diners can witness the chefs at work creating their gastronomic masterpieces that are then served as sharing plates in a familial style dining experience. The Ceviche Counter is located in the centre of the main dining area and is also available to walk in diners on a first come first served basis. Eight seats overlook the chefs preparing station where the ceviches, tiraditos, causas and salads are prepared, resulting in a casual and enjoyable dining experience. The Brassa Counter offers walk in diners a chance to enjoy the unique vibe, with six seats, again on a first come first served basis and offers a view of the chefs at work on the brassa grill and Josper oven. For those that prefer an alfresco experience, the Terrace enjoys views of Downtown Dubai’s iconic skyline, where casual dining or drinking is available. The Friday brunch from 12.30 until 4pm is hugely popular and worth a visit.
In keeping with the overall theme, The Pisco Lounge draws inspiration from the oldest bars in Lima, with Dubai’s first pisco library offering a diverse selection of infusions which were developed exclusively by the creative COYA team. The cocktail list is also unique and incorporates a stack of fresh and exciting new ideas while maintaining a respect for the timeless classics.
