Eating In At The Address Montgomery Dubai

Posted on 15/02/2017

When it comes to organising dinner, some people like to plan well in advance, so, if that’s you, you’re going to love what The Address Montgomerie has in store for you. The week kicks off with a culinary journey to the north of Italy, with the Veneto Beetroot set menu at Nineteen. The region, probably best known for its capital Venice, has a long tradition of delivering gourmet cuisine, something that Nineteen has taken inspiration from in producing its beetroot inspired set three-course menu. Enjoy this gourmet delight on the terrace and soak up views of the eighteenth. From February 1 to 28, from 7pm until 11pm, AED 320 per person.

Brunch is a big part of the weekend routine in Dubai but there is nothing routine about Friday brunch at Nineteen, where an authentic Italian feast gets your weekend off to a flyer. Possibly the most popular cuisine on the planet, the Italians have a wide range of traditionally inspired dishes that have been embraced and reimagined by chefs all over the culinary world. Nineteen is no different, with a rustic and mouth-watering interpretation overlooking the championship golf course. Every Friday from 12.30 to 3.30, packages start from AED 245 per person. Sticking with the Italian for the moment, Saturday sees the Pranzo in Famiglia take centre stage, in its own words, “a green and zesty Italian inspired feast.” Enjoy a variety of antipasti, salads, a la carte menu and the live grill all on the stylishly set terrace. Every Saturday from 12.30 to 3.30pm, packages start at AED 235 per person.

Links, meanwhile, offers a slightly different dining experience, with the launch of its new menu, an al fresco inspired gastronomic adventure set on the outdoor terrace with the dramatic backdrop of the iconic Dubai skyline. Dishes incude the tidal lobster roll, King’s butter milk fried chicken burger, uptown Caesar salad, classic juicy burger or a healthy cleansing beetroot and green apple salad or the succulent flat iron steak arugula salad. This menu is available daily from 6.30am until 10.30pm. The weekend surf and turf barbeque is excuse enough to drop into Links, as if any excused were needed; and features a choice of succulent meats and flavourful seafood, with which you can create your own platter from the live barbeque station. Relax on the terrace, enjoy the breathtaking view of the skyline as the chefs prepare your food on the grill in front of you and don’t forget the range of sides, including roasted or jacket potatoes, roasted vegetables and grilled corn on the cob! Every Thursday and Friday from 6.30pm until 10.30pm, AED 145 per person.

Finally, what could be better than a traditional roast platter on a Sunday? Nothing, right? With choices that include slow roast prime rib, roasted wagyu rum and black olives and herbs stuffed leg of lamb, you could be forgiven if your mouth is watering right about now. There are also a variety of traditional sides, including herb roasted potatoes, buttered seasonal vegetables, truffle mac and cheese, Yorkshire pudding and gravy to complete the masterpiece that is the Sunday Roast platter. Every Sunday from 6.30pm until 10.30pm, AED 120 per person.
